Primarily for Displaying Large Vehicles like Electric Buses, Trucks, Limo's, Etc.
Intended for Manufactures with Large Vehicles, or special Guest Area Space.

Covers a display space of approximately 10' x 40' or ~ 20' x 20', with an available 3' x 8' Table with two chairs for your Exhibit.

If Large Vehicles can not be presented inside the Venue, due to any access or other issues, an arrangement can be made for a high visibility space outside! If you need a larger space than this - Contact Us.

Late Registration, July 1st to July 9th, 2016: $4,500.00.

Auto or Related OEM's: $2,000.00. Register.

If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer: Automotive, Batteries & Cells, Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment, Solar Panels, Wind Turbines, Micro Hydro, Geothermal, and the like, and Corporations with over 500 Employees - this is for you.

Space limits are defined as up to Approximately 10' x 20' with an available 3' x 8' Table with two chairs for your Exhibit.

Auto OEM Test Drive Vehicles: $500.00. Register.

You are an OEM, and you have Booked your Exhibit Space to Showcase your Vehicle, and want to add additional Vehicle for Hands on Demo Rides, or Test Drives - this is for you!

This is a 75% Discount from Standard Exhibit Rates, and a 80% Discount from Late Exhibitor Rates, and is Valid for Registered OEM Exhibitors and Large OEM Exhibitors. Registration Ends on July 6th, 2016 for this Option. You Must forward your related Insurance Information to us for Our Event Insurance Coverage to remain Valid, and for your Vehicle to be allowed to perform this activity at this event.

Test Drive Registration Sales End July 06, 2016.

Corporate Businesses: $1,000.00. Register.

Service Companies that supply Electrical Energy: Solar, Wind, Hydro, Hydrogen, Bio Gas Electricity, and other sources; Auto Dealerships, EVSE Dealerships, Automotive Service, and Supply Wholesalers, Retailers and similar. Companies and Not-For-Profits, with Payrolls over 25.

You run a Small EV Club, e-Bike Group, Meetup, EV Conversion Club, or similar group of Enthusiasts and early adopters and are looking to promote your group here. You meet in various public spaces or places.

Or Personal Electric Motorcycles: $30.00. Register.

Electric Garden Tractors, are Small Ride-on Mower Type Tractors powered by Electric Power, either OEM Built or Personal Conversions. Personal Electric Motorcycles are either Purchased New as Electric or EV Conversions of a Motorbike done Personally. Plan on a 5'x 10' Space per Tractor or Motorbike. These can be either Retail Purchased or Personal eBike / eTrike / eScooter) Conversions. Please send us a Photo to use in advertising.

Exhibitor Requirements:

To join us as an Exhibitor or Vendor, for EV Fest Electric Vehicle Show 2016, all Exhibitors must register by following the online or emailed invitation Links, or following the links on this page to register, and Completing The Registration Online.

Exhibitor Registration Deadlines:
Exhibitor Registrations must be completed online by June 30th, 2016 to avoid extra late fee charges.

Each Exhibitor May want to consider having their own Event Insurance for personal and business protection. If you wish to add Exhibitor Event Insurance - contact us if you need help with this.

Late Registrants:

PLEASE NOTE: If you for any reason, must register to Exhibit later than midnight, June 30th, 2016: There may be made available a one (1) Week Late Registration period, with an additional 25% Late Fee incorporated on standard Rates, ending on July 9th, 2016, with limited numbers for each category.
