Large OEM EV's. $2,000.00. Register.

Primarily for Displaying Large Vehicles like Electric Buses, Trucks, Limo's, Etc.
Intended for Manufactures with Large Vehicles.

Covers a display space of approximately 10' x 40' or ~ 20' x 20', with an available 3' x 8' Table with two chairs for your Exhibit.

Late Registration, May 17th to May 30th, 2015: $2,500.00.

May Also Be Chosen by anyone needing the largest space that wants to register just once.

Auto or Related OEM's: $1,000.00. Register.

If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer: Automotive, Batteries & Cells, Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment, Solar Panels, Wind Turbines, Micro Hydro, Geothermal, and the like, and Corporations with over 1,000 Employees - this is for you.

Electric Garden Tractors, are Small Ride-on Mower Type Tractors powered by Electric Power, either OEM Built or Personal Conversions. Personal Electric Motorcycles are either Purchased New as Electric or EV Conversions of a Motorbike done Personally. Plan on a 5'x 10' Space per Tractor or Motorbike. Exhibitor Requirements:

To join us as an Exhibitor or Vendor, for EV Fest Electric Vehicle Show 2015, all Exhibitors must register by following the online or emailed invitation Links, or following the links on this page to register, and Completing The Registration Online.

Exhibitor Registration Deadlines:
Exhibitor Registrations must be completed online by May 15th, 2015 to avoid extra late fee charges.

Each Exhibitor May want to consider having their own Event Insurance for personal and business protection. If you wish to add Exhibitor Event Insurance - contact us if you need help with this.

Late Registrants:

PLEASE NOTE: If you for any reason, must register to Exhibit later than midnight, May 15th, 2014: There may be made available a two (2) Week Late Registration period, with an additional 25% Late Fee incorporated on standard Rates, ending on May 31st, 2015, with limited numbers for each category.

There will be no LAST-LAST MINUTE EV Fest 2015 Registrations past May 31st, 2015, to be fair for all team members organizing this June 14th Event.
