Primarily for OEM's Displaying Large Vehicles like Electric Buses, Trucks, Limo's, Etc. Covers a display space of approximately 10' x 40' or ~ 20' x 20'.
May Also Be Chosen by anyone needing a larger space that wants to register just once.

If you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer: Automotive, Batteries & Cells, Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment, Solar Panels, Wind Turbines, Micro Hydro, Geothermal, and the like, and Corporations with over 1,000 Employees - this is for you. Service Companies that supply Electrical Energy: Solar, Wind, Hydro, Hydrogen, Bio Gas Electricity, and other sources; Auto Dealerships, EVSE Dealerships, Automotive Service, and Supply Wholesalers, Retailers and similar. Incorporated, Funded, Not-For-Profit or Charity Organization, with Staff on Payroll. Plan on a Table Space of ~ 3' x 6' with 1- 2 chairs for your Exhibit. If you need a larger space - Contact Us.

EV Clubs & Groups, $50.00*.

You run a Small EV Club, e-Bike Group, Meetup, EV Conversion Club, or similar group of Enthusiasts and early adopters and are looking to promote your group here. You meet in various public spaces or places. *Does Not cover Personal Vehicles, Below, which individuals may add to your exhibit. (Essentially - Plan on a Table Space of ~ 3' x 6' with 1- 2 chairs for your Exhibit.) If you need a larger space - Contact Us.

Personal Electric Vehicles [Exhibitor Names Matches Ownership Information]: Full Electric, Plug-In Hybrid, Conversion, Restoration, New Retail EV, or Project Car In-Work. Space limits are defined as Approximately 10' x 20'. Do you have Something Else, or if you need a larger space - Contact Us.

Exhibitor Requirements:

To join us as an exhibitor or vendor, for EV Fest Electric Vehicle Show 2012, all Exhibitors must first be Approved and may then register by Invitation.

Please See the page - Exhibitor Approval Process - to begin the process. The Prices listed above, are the Posted Rates for EV Fest Electric Vehicle Show 2012. Once you have Exhibited at EV Fest at least once, you can be considered for Specials, and Discounts as a Past Exhibitor.

Once An Exhibitor has been Approved, they will be sent an email and invited to Register as an official Exhibitor for EV Fest 2012, and be listing on a constantly updated page showing a list of EV Fest 2012 Exhibitors, with links back to their websites to exhibit relevant web pages.
