Exhibitor Arrivals: 6:30 - 9:00AM
As per Schedule to be posted:

- Arrive into Main parking lot, get Turned Around and ready to enter East Entrance of The Pavilions for when it opens, or your turn comes for Load In. Sequential Load in, First in Last out. Don't Be Late!

Follow the Directions on the EV Fest Electric Vehicle Show Exhibitor Directions page, to get to the Evergreen Brick Works Entrance:

Enter in the main entrance as shown above, then turn right, moving to the main parking lot, paralleling Bayview, in preparation to load.

EV Fest Electric Vehicle Show Exhibitors will load in First in - Last out. There is one loading door at the North-East Corner.

The Load in Schedule will be provided here at the end of Exhibitor Registration, or as soon after September 2nd, 2012 as possible, as well as by emailed pdf file.

Please be on time - if you miss your window for load-in, we may not be able to fit you in if you are out of load-in sequence.
