Any Exhibitor Booking with this Super Early bird Advance Registration process you are saving 33% off regular Rates AND locking in a Credit in the value of the regular Price, or the position for which you paid before December 31st, 2014.

You can purchase more than one Super Early bird Advance Ticket Now and before December 31st, 2014, within a limited quantity of availability.

1 - Example: A Personal Vehicle or EV Club rate worth $50.00 can be purchased now for just $33.00, which may be used for locking in such exhibit position, or used as a $50.00 Credit for a limited time after January 1st, 2015, for a Higher Level Exhibit, such as Not-For-Profit, or Personal Business Exhibitor, but not for a Corporate or OEM Level Exhibitor. 

2 - Example: A Business Exhibitor rate worth $200.00 can be purchased now for just $133.00 which may be used for locking in such the Private Business position, or used as a $200.00 Credit for a limited time after January 1st, 2015, for a Higher Level Exhibit, such as for a Corporate or OEM Level Exhibitor. It may also be used to book 2 Not-For-Profit Exhibitor Spaces (The $200 Value) after January 1st, 2015.

3 - Example: A Corporate Exhibitor rate worth $500.00 can be purchased now for just $333.00 which may be used for locking in such exhibit position, or used as a $500.00 Credit for a limited time after January 1st, 2015, for a Higher Level Exhibit, such as for a OEM Level or Large OEM Exhibitor. 

Advance Registration can be used to Budget Split or manage the timing and amount of payment paid between two fiscal years.

'Credit for a limited time after January 1st, 2015' 
Definition: The Full Regular Price Credit Value for Exhibitor Upgrades may be used anytime between January 1st, 2015 and April 30th, 2015.

This Gives 4 months after the upgrade opportunity opens on January 1st, 2015, to accept it and do the upgrade. Do Nothing and the Original Exhibitor Position is still locked in at the 33% Savings - but the Full Value for exchanging in an upgrade activity expires.

Beginning March 1st - The Amount Paid Only in the Super Early bird Advance Registration - may be used as a credit for upgrading to a Higher Exhibit Position, if required.

When you buy in for Sponsoring EV Fest 2015 using these advance Price Offers, You are saving 33% off regular Rates and locking in a Rubber, Aluminum, or Bronze Sponsorship, AND receiving a Credit of the Regular Sponsorship amounts - without the Discount - should you wish to Buy in to Sponsor EV Fest at a higher level for a limited time after January 1st, 2015#.

Example 
1 - Buy in now at $66.65 and lock in your sponsorship at the 'Rubber' Level - a Normal $100 Fee. Want to Increase your sponsorship to a higher level after January 1st, 2015? You will receive a $100 Credit or discount from any higher level Sponsorship Position, for a limited time. Do Nothing Further, and you will be credited as a 'Rubber' Sponsor for EV Fest 2015.

2 - Buy in at $333.00 and Lock In your Sponsorship at the 'Aluminum' Level - a normal $500 Fee. Want to Increase your sponsorship to a higher level after January 1st, 2015? You will receive a $500 Credit or discount from any higher level Sponsorship Position, for a limited time. Do Nothing Further, and you will be credited as a 'Aluminum' Sponsor for EV Fest 2015.

3 - Buy in at $1,333.00 and Lock In your Sponsorship at the 'Bronze' Level - a normal $2,000 Fee. Want to Increase your sponsorship to a higher level after January 1st, 2015? You will receive a $2,000 Credit or discount from any higher level Sponsorship Position, for a limited time. Do Nothing Further, and you will be credited as a 'Bronze' Sponsor for EV Fest 2015.

You are not limited to a single Sponsorship, and may buy multiples of one category, or may buy in at two (2) [Or More, if you like] categories.

#Limited Time Upgrade: Anyone Having Purchased a Super Early bird Advance Sponsorship Position, and wishing to upgrade, must do so by April 30th, 2015, to qualify for the Full Regular Price Value Credit.

This Gives 4 months after the upgrade opportunity opens on January 1st, 2015, to accept it and do the upgrade. If not upgraded, the original position will be credited as the Sponsored Position.

Refunds?

Event Changes:
All Payments are Fully Refundable in the Advance Price amounts listed above, after January 31st, 2015 and up to February 15th, 2015, if the Event can not be held on the Target Planned Date of Fathers Day, June 21st, 2015, or one week Earlier on June 14th, 2015, and a mutually agreeable alternate date can not be secured!

Personal Matters:
Change your mind or something came up? Ask for a refund up to 45 Days after Registering for these advance Registrations, but before December 31st - and Get a Full refund, including all Fees Paid!

NOTE: Refundable - means - if alternate dates must be found and you are not able to make the alternate dates due to conflicts in your schedule due to us changing this date; then we will refund your paid amount at the advance purchase price, as paid, in full.

If there aren't any changes in the date, and we are able to secure the June 21st Date, or June 14th Date, and the Show will proceed, there will be no refunds after February 15th, 2015 in any case.
