Getting Here by Bus, or Car, Instructions

By Bus:

By TTC: Northbound - Take the 111 East Mall to Eglinton bus from Kipling Subway Station. Travel North to the 615 East Mall Stop, Stop #2198. EV Fest 2013 is accross the Street at 630 East Mall. TTC 111 Route Schedule.

 By Car:

View the Google Map. Click the Link, then Click Get Directions, enter your starting address - and your set!

If driving South on Highway 427: Exit at Holiday Drive (Before Burnhamthorpe Rd.), come around to the Traffic Light at The West Mall, Turn Right When Safe, and wind around to Rathburn going North. Turn Right on Rathburn Heading East when safe, and cross the Bridge moving into the left hand lane. Heading East on Rathburn, Turn Left at The East Mall Intersection using the Left Turn Lane, continue to 630 The East Mall.

If you missed Holiday Drive - Take the Burnhamthorpe Rd. Exit and either take a right to The West Mall and follow as instructed above, or Take a left, and cross the Bridge heading East, Taking the Left Turn to The East Mall Going North. Past Rathburn (Next Traffic Light), and continue to 630 The East Mall.

If Driving North on Highway 427 - Exit on the Rathburn  Rd. Exit, and quickly move to the Left Lane. Heading East on Rathburn, Turn Left at the East Mall Intersection using the Left Turn Lane.

If you missed the Rathburn Rd. Exit - Continue to Eglinton Exit. Continue to the Traffic Light for Eglinton Ave. West, and Take a Right Turn. At the Next Intersection will be The East Mall - Take a Left. Continue South to 630 The East Mall, which will be just after a long straight starts to turn left.

There will be three Entrances on your Left - Basically for 600 East Mall, 620 East Mall, and then around the corner to 630 The East Mall.

Our on-site parking is very Limited and we are working to get access for Parking on the Sunday, September 22nd, 2013 Show date at 620 East Mall beside us, and at 600 East Mall - the Shoppers Drug Mart - South Parking Location.

BAKA promotes a ‘no idling’ policy for all areas onsite.

Parking is Currently No Charge at the BAKA East Side Space, but Parking at 600 East Mall may have some issues. Please be advised - we are working to make the right connections to allow parking if at all possible at this site during Show Day. Please review this page or contact us before coming, to see the updates.

Entrance to 620 East Mall is the Second Entrance going North from Rathburn Rd. and parking is around the right and behind the Office Tower, and offers relative close access to the Event Site with a short walk. Parking in this area is common by many vehicles, including Large Trucks.

If you must come by car, please consider reducing the environmental impact by sharing your ride. (Bring a Friend - or contact us to get or offer a Car Pool Option.)

Vehicle Exhibits will be 10' x 20' and Table Exhibits 6' x 10', with a 3' x 6' Table. Special Exhibit Styles should be Coordinated with EV Fest for Best Fit as to power Needs or lack thereof.
