EV Fest Exhibitors Must Register in Advance

All Exhibitors: Corporate (for Profit), Non-Profit, and and Volunteer - Exhibitor, Register Online, via the registration tools provided in the links below.

Each Exhibitor has the opportunity to showcase their vehicle, and one registration includes one Vehicle (Car, Truck, etc.) or eBikes and Scooters within the space of one vehicle, and one Representative. Additonal reps can Register as Guests for supporting the exhibit during the show time.

Exhibitors Must be able to arrive on Sunday, October 17, 2010 for setup between 8:00 A.M. and 10:30 A.M. for orderly show placement. Pre Show Loading inside of a Vehicle can be arranged, for Saturday, October 16th, 2010 after 5 P.M.

Limited Quantity: Personal EV Conversions, School Conversions, Custom Designed Vehicles not in production, Show Vehicles, and Works in Progress. Vehicles that use Electricity from Grid or Solar to charge, with room for 1 vehicle and two chairs, or 1 table and two chairs.

Commercial Exhibitor Pricing for Corporate or For-Profit Exhibitors

Limited Quantity: Commercial Exhibitor (For Profit); OEM's, Conversion Businesses, SOLAR, Wind, MicroFit, Information or Product Sales.

Commercial Exhibitor Pricing is based on a per vehicle basis, with room for 1 vehicle and two chairs, or 1 table and two chairs. Booth Designs Should reflect these reference sizes, or use a reference of 10' x 20' per car. This fee is currently $300.00 in full per Vehicle Space. EBikes, Scooters, and Trikes, in a quantity that can fit in a similar space, are considered the same as 1 Vehicle. A Booth May cover up to two vehicles spaces, for a Double registration fee of a minimum of $600.00.

While most EVents charge on a per square foot basis, adding up to, commonly, a minimum of $1,000, while additional space is charged at similar rates, we are asking but a token fee, relative to such EVents, and if your exhibit warrants it, we can discuss arranging a discount for your commercial registration!

Volunteer - Exhibitor

Organizational Non-Commercial, Show Organizer, Non-Profit Electric Vehicle Relevant Member Groups. EV Relevant Information Services. If your organization promotes and provides free information on Green Living, Energy Savings, Alternative Energy and Fuels for home and transportation, and is a Not-for-Profit Business, Choose this Registration.

The Spaces and registration tickets Allotted for the EV Fest 2010 EVent are 35 Non-Profit Exhibitors and 35 Corporate Exhibitors. This allows for a total of 70 Different Exhibits, Vehicles, Service Providers, Concepts, Prototypes, Projects, and Soon to Be released Commercial Electric Vehicles.
